This has been a funfilled weekend, Krista and the girls left on Thursday so we met them for lunch before they took off. Then on Friday I tried to spend the day at home with Ella. Of course I can't stay home for an entire day so I headed to mom and dad's for a quick visit then over to Deatsman's to see Luke and Joy who were home for the weekend. It was Ella's first time to meet them! On Saturday we headed to Dave's cousins wedding and introduced Ella to even more people, then had to make a stop at Babies R Us... that's a whole story in itself, but the short version is we will have furniture for Ella's room in 7-14 days! (I ordered from USA Baby in April and am still waiting so that order is being cancelled!) Then today we headed up to Clear Lake to visit Dave's family. I snapped a few pictures of Ella in her bathing suit, it's adorable but not really practical- I mean really what 3 month old is swimming? So we did a quick photo shoot of Dave and Ella in the lake and on the Jet Ski, I'm sure she'll actually enjoy the lake next year! Well I think that's it for our weekend, Dave gets to babysit for a few hours tomorrow so I can head to the Blueberry Festival... It's been a few years and I really want to go so Dave volunteered to babysit, I think he just doesn't want to go!
